These sandwiches are flavor bombs! Got the OG and the Cubano. Bread was super fresh and crusty but still soft enough to enjoy as sandwich bread. All ingredients are made on premises and it really shows. The pastrami in the OG was so tender and juicy I am still dreaming of it!

Becoming a Pasture Partner is much grander than just providing a calf to a young boy or girl. These collective donors will also play a vital role in their development into adults. As you know becoming an adult comes with a lot of questions and without proper mentorship that road can be very hard to navigate. In the past these scramblers would only have one mentor and because they now have Pasture Partners they're able to have several.
In addition to the daily responsibility of raising their livestock, students must keep and submit a record of program expenses, create a business plan, share monthly reports and pictures with their donors, write two essays about their project, and create a stall display when they return to the Show. You'll also establish relationships with them and help guide them in different avenues of life.
